Subsequently, he assumed pivotal positions within diverse international and Chinese corporations based in Shanghai.

In 2019, Devin joined the PHC Advisory Tax & Accounting team as a Financial Manager, swiftly garnering recognition for his outstanding performance and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
