Luigi is an experienced finance, tax and M&A professional with a Sino-Italian dual background. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Risk Management obtained in Italy, alongside FMVA and FP&A industry certifications.

After graduation, Luigi began his career at an Italian M&A consulting firm as a Business and Financial Analyst, supporting multiple cross-border M&A transactions. He relocated to China in 2016 to work for an international consulting firm, where he delivered advisory services to foreign groups covering financial reporting, tax compliance, transfer pricing, budgeting, corporate restructuring and M&A due diligence for European investors operating in China.

Luigi joined PHC in 2026 as a Senior Advisor. In this role, he will focus on financial and tax advisory, financial modelling, M&A due diligence, as well as market entry and restructuring support for European foreign enterprises.
